业余团体赛
五、参赛资格
1. 共邀请20支队伍60名业余儿童棋手参赛。各国和地区队伍名额分配为：中国队、中国衢州队、在衢国际队、港澳台地区2支队、日本队、韩国队、欧洲4支队、大洋洲2支队、拉美地区2支队、东南亚地区3支队、北美队、吉尔吉斯斯坦队。
2. 业余团体赛参赛队伍由1名领队，3名棋手组成。参赛棋手年龄须为7岁-18岁（含），性别不限。
六、比赛办法
1. 采用中国围棋规则，黑贴3又3/4子。
2. 采用分台定人制，积分编排赛7轮。领队会确认3名棋手的台次，第一轮比赛开始后不得更改。
3. 计分办法：比赛每场胜一局得2分，负一局得0分。局分高者场分记2分，局分低者场分记0分。
4. 名次区分：以场分区分名次。场分相同时依次比较：对手场分总和、总胜局分、直胜（限两队）、依次比较各台胜局、所胜最优对手，必须区分名次时抽签决定。
5. 比赛用时：每方1小时后3次30秒读秒，超时判负。
6. 具体比赛细则将在《竞赛补充规定》中另行公布。
七、录取名次和奖励
1. 前十名队伍颁发奖杯、荣誉证书、奖金。
第一名30000元、第二名20000元、第三名10000元、第四至第六名5000元、第七至第十名2000元。（奖金均为人民币税前金额）
2. 第十一至二十名队伍颁发奖杯、荣誉证书。
八、报名须知
1. 比赛基本费用（餐费、住宿费、比赛场地与物料等）由承办方负担。
2. 各代表队领队往返交通费由组委会承担。
3. 每位参赛棋手将获得组委会提供的补贴用于购买机票。补贴标准为：亚洲地区1500元/人，欧洲地区3000元/人，拉美、北美地区5000元/人，大洋洲地区3000元/人。（未超过补贴标准的据实报销。）
4. 编外人员费用自理。
5. 赛前召开领队联席会议，具体时间在补充通知中另行通告，各代表队必须派领队出席会议。
6. 棋手有义务参加组委会要求的开幕式、颁奖仪式等正式活动。

V. Eligibility for Participation
1. A total of 20 teams (60 amateur child players) are invited to participate. The quota distribution of teams among countries and regions is as follows: China Team, China Quzhou Team, International Team in Quzhou, 2 teams from Hong Kong, China, Macao, China and Chinese Taipei, Japan Team, Republic of Korea Team, 4 teams from Europe, 2 teams from Oceania, 2 teams from Latin America, 3 teams from Southeast Asia, North America Team, and Kyrgyzstan Team.
2. Each participating team consists of 1 team leader and 3 players. Participants must be aged 7-18(inclusive), regardless of gender.
VI. Competition Rules
1. Adopt Chinese Weiqi Rules, with Black giving 3 3/4 stones compensation.
2. The team competition adopts the fixed player per board system, with 7 rounds in Swiss pairing system. The board positions of the 3 players will be determined during the team leaders’ meeting and will not be changed after the beginning of the 1st round.
3. Scoring Method:
Each win in a game earns 2 points, and each loss earns 0 points. The team with higher game points earns 2 match points, and the team with lower game points earns 0 match points.
4. Ranking Determination:
Rankings are determined based on the following order: total match points, team SOS, total game points, direct victory (limited to two teams), number of wins on each board in sequence; if rankings must be distinguished, a draw shall be held.
5. Time Control:
Each player has 1 hour of basic time, followed by 3 renewable 30-second overtime periods. Exceeding the time limit shall results in a loss.
6. Specific competition details will be announced separately in the Supplementary Regulations.
VII. Awards and Prizes
1. Trophies, certificates of honor and prize money will be awarded to the top 10 teams:
1st place: 30,000 RMB、2nd place: 20,000 RMB、3rd place: 10,000 RMB、4th to 6th places: 5,000 RMB each、7th to 10th places: 2,000 RMB each (All prize money are pre-tax amounts in RMB)
2. Trophies and certificates of honor will be awarded to teams ranking 11th to 20th.
VIII. Registration Instructions
1. Basic competition expenses (meals, accommodation, competition venue and materials, etc.) shall be borne by the host organizers.
2. The round-trip transportation expenses of the team leader of each team will be borne by the organizing committee.
3. Each participating player will receive a subsidy from the organizing committee for air ticket purchase. The subsidy standards are: 1,500 RMB per person for Asian regions, 3,000 RMB per person for European regions, 5,000 RMB per person for Latin American and North American regions, and 3,000 RMB per person for Oceanian regions. (Expenses that do not exceed the subsidy standards will be reimbursed based on actual costs.)
4. Expenses for extra staff shall be borne by themselves.
5. A pre-competition joint meeting of team leaders will be held, and the specific time will be announced separately in a supplementary notice. Each team must send a team leader to attend the meeting.
6. Players are obliged to participate in official activities required by the organizing committee, such as the opening ceremony and award ceremony.
IX. Matters not covered herein will be notified separately. The right to interpret these regulations belongs to the Chinese Weiqi Association.
