时间：2025年10月22日-27日
地点：衢州市大花园国际酒店
四、竞赛项目
职业个人赛
五、参赛资格
1. 共邀请14名职业儿童棋手参赛。各国和地区名额分配为：中国8名，日本、韩国、中国台北各2名。
2. 参赛棋手年龄须为7岁-18岁，性别不限。（年龄限制为2008年1月1日～2018年12月31日之间出生）
六、比赛办法
1. 采用中国围棋规则，黑贴3又3/4子。
2. 采用积分编排制，赛7轮。
3. 名次区分：以积分区分名次。积分相同时依次比较：对手分、直胜（限两人）、所胜最优对手，必须区分名次时抽签决定。
4. 比赛用时：每方1小时后3次30秒读秒，超时判负。
5. 具体比赛细则将在《竞赛补充规定》中另行公布。
七、录取名次和奖励
根据名次颁发奖杯、荣誉证书、奖金。
第一名50000元、第二名20000元、第三名10000元、第四名6000元、第五名5000元、第六名4000元、第七至第十名3000元，第十一至第十四名2000元。（奖金均为人民币税前金额）
八、报名须知
1. 比赛基本费用（餐费、住宿费、比赛场地与物料等）由承办方负担。
2. 各代表队领队往返交通费由组委会承担。
3. 每位参赛棋手将获得组委会提供的补贴用于购买机票。补贴标准为：1500元/人（未超过补贴标准的据实报销）。
4. 编外人员费用自理。
5. 赛前召开领队联席会议，具体时间在补充通知中另行通告，各代表队必须派领队出席会议。
6. 棋手有义务参加组委会要求的开幕式、颁奖仪式等正式活动。
九、未尽事宜另行通知，本规程的解释权属中国围棋协会。

V. Eligibility for Participation
1. A total of 14 professional child players are invited to participate. The quota distribution among countries and regions is as follows: 8 from China, 2 each from Japan, Republic of Korea and Chinese Taipei.
2. Participants must be aged 7-18, regardless of gender.（Age Requirement: Participants must be born between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2018.）
VI.Competition Rules
1. Adopt Chinese Weiqi Rules, with Black giving 3 3/4 stones compensation.
2. Use the Swiss system, with 7 rounds.
3. Ranking Determination:
Rankings are determined based on the following order: wins, SOS, direct victory (limited to two players), the best opponent defeated; if rankings must be distinguished, a draw shall be held.
4. Time Control:
Each player has 1 hour of basic time, followed by 3 renewable 30-second overtime periods. Exceeding the time limit shall results in a loss.
5. Specific competition details will be announced separately in the Supplementary Regulations.
VII. Awards and Prizes
Trophies, certificates of honor and prize money will be awarded according to rankings:
1st place: 50,000 RMB、2nd place: 20,000 RMB、3rd place: 10,000 RMB、4th place: 6,000 RMB、5th place: 5,000 RMB、6th place: 4,000 RMB、7th to 10th places: 3,000 RMB and 11th to 14th places: 2,000 RMB each. (All prize money are the pre-tax amounts in RMB)
VIII. Registration Instructions
1. Basic competition expenses (meals, accommodation, competition venue and materials, etc.) shall be borne by the host organizers.
2. The round-trip transportation expenses of the team leader of each team will be borne by the organizing committee.
3. Each participating player will receive a subsidy from the organizing committee for air ticket purchase. The subsidy standards are: 1,500 RMB per person. (Expenses that do not exceed the subsidy standards will be reimbursed based on actual costs.)
4. Expenses for extra staff shall be borne by themselves.
5. A pre-competition joint meeting of team leaders will be held, and the specific time will be announced separately in a supplementary notice. Each team must send a team leader to attend the meeting.
6. Players are obliged to participate in official activities required by the organizing committee, such as the opening ceremony and award ceremony.
IX. Matters not covered herein will be notified separately. The right to interpret these regulations belongs to the Chinese Weiqi Association.
