北京时间5月21日-25日，2025第三届亚洲业余围棋锦标赛预赛在野狐围棋线上进行，经过5天7轮的激烈角逐，中国队、日本队、中国台北队、韩国队、新加坡队、中国香港队、中国澳门队获得前7名，挺进决赛。决赛将于8月28日—9月1日在深圳市宝安区举办。
本届亚洲业余围棋锦标赛共有中国、日本、韩国、中国香港、中国澳门、中国台北、新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、越南、印度尼西亚、文莱、老挝、印度、吉尔吉斯斯坦等15个国家和地区代表队参赛。

8.Eligibility：
1)The top seven teams from the preliminary stage: China, Japan, Chinese Taipei, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Macao, China and one invited team, totaling eight participating teams.
2)Each team is limited to one team leader (who can also serve as a team member) and four players (at least one male player and one female player).

10.Schedule：
Note: Any adjustments to the schedule shall be subject to the announcement made by the Organizing Committee before the competition.
11.Competition Rules and Methods：
1)The competition will be conducted in accordance with the latest rules enacted by the Chinese Weiqi Association, with the black side compensating the white side with 3 3/4 stones.
2)The competition adopts the fixed-board and fixed-player system. Each team shall field 4 athletes.
3)The order of the 4 players will be confirmed at the team leaders' meeting, and no changes are allowed after the first round begins.
4)The competition adopts the Swiss system, with 6 rounds in total. The serial numbers of each participating team shall be determined by public lottery, and the competition pairing shall be completed by computer.
5)Each player has 40 minutes of main time, followed by 3 renewable 30-second overtime periods. A player who exceeds the time limit will be judged as defeated. If a player is 15 minutes or more late for a round, they will be considered to have forfeited the game. For lateness of less than 15 minutes, double the late time will be deducted from their game time.
6)Determination of Black and White: For the team whose number is on the left side of the fixture, the 1st and 3rd boards play black, while the 2nd and 4th boards play white. For the team whose number is on the right side of the fixture, the 1st and 3rd boards play white, and the 2nd and 4th boards play black.
7)In the event of rare special cases such as triple ko occurring in a game, no result shall be declared for the game. Both sides shall immediately play a rematch, with the time control for the rematch being 3 renewable 30-second overtime periods per side, and a time forfeit shall be declared if the time limit is exceeded.
8)The competition area (including the playing venue and restrooms) will be under closed management. Players are strictly prohibited from bringing electronic devices such as mobile phones and smart watches into the competition venue. Once discovered, they will be declared the loser of the round.
12.Methods for score calculation：
1)2 game scores will be awarded for a winning game, and 0 for a lost game. And 2 round scores will be awarded to the team with higher game scores, 0 for the team with lower game scores, or 1 for teams with the same game scores.
2)Team ranking calculation: Rankings shall be determined in the following order: total round scores, total game scores, sum of opponents round scores, direct result (limited to matches between two teams), wins by each board, and the best opponent defeated. If rankings still cannot be determined, a lottery shall be used.
3)Women's individual ranking calculation: Rankings shall be determined by game scores. In case of a tie, the player from the team with a higher team ranking shall be placed ahead.
13.Awards：
1)The top 6 teams will be awarded trophies and honor certificates.
2)The top 3 women will be awarded trophies and honor certificates.
14.Participation Instructions：
1)The basic expenses during the final stage of the competition (accommodations, competition venues and materials, etc.) shall be borne by the organizing committee. The organizing committee shall also bear the round-trip transportation expenses for the team leaders of each delegation and the one-way transportation expenses for the players (incoming trip only), and will purchase tickets uniformly. Players shall purchase their own return tickets. The standards of transportation is economy class on plane and second class on high-speed rail. Accompanying person shall bear their own expenses.
2)The team leader meeting shall be held before the competition. All teams must have a team leader to attend the meeting.
3)Players are obliged to participate in the opening ceremony, award ceremony and other formal activities organized by the organizing committee.

八、参赛资格：
1.预选赛前七名代表队：中国队、日本队、中国台北队、韩国队、新加坡队、中国香港队、中国澳门队和一支特邀队伍共计八支参赛队。
2.每队限报1名领队（可兼任队员）和4名棋手（至少有1名男棋手和1名女棋手）。

十、比赛日程：
注：日程安排如有调整以组委会赛前公布为准。
十一、竞赛办法：
1.比赛采用中国围棋规则，黑方贴3又3/4子。
2.比赛采用分台定人制。每队上场4名运动员。
3.领队会议上确认4名棋手的台次，第一轮比赛开始后不得更改。
4.比赛采用积分编排制，赛6轮。各参赛队的编号公开抽签确定，竞赛的编排工作由电脑完成。
5.比赛用时为每方40分钟后3次30秒读秒，超时判负。每轮比赛棋手迟到15分钟（含15分钟），按弃权判负。不足15分钟在其时间内加倍扣除。
6.先后手确定：对阵表编号在左边的参赛队第1、3台执黑，第2、4台执白；编号在右边的队第1、3台执白，第2、4台执黑。
7.比赛如出现三劫循环等罕见特例时，该局按无胜负处理。双方立即重新加赛，加赛用时为每方3次30秒读秒，超时判负。
8.比赛区域（包括赛场和洗手间）将进行封闭管理。参赛棋手严禁将手机、智能手表等电子设备带入赛场,一经发现该轮判负。
十二、比赛计分方法：
1.每场胜一局得2分局分，负一局得0分，局分高者场分计2分，局分低者计0分，局分相同者场分各计1分。
2.团体名次计算：依次比较总场分、总胜局分、对手场分总和、直胜（限两队之间）、依次比较各台胜局、所胜最优对手，必须区分名次时抽签决定。
3.女子个人名次计算：比较胜局分，相同时团体名次靠前者列前。
十三、比赛奖励：
1.团体前6名将颁发奖杯、荣誉证书。
2.女子个人前3名将颁发奖杯、荣誉证书。
十四、参赛须知：
1.比赛期间基本费用（餐费、住宿费、比赛场地与物料等）由组委会负担。各代表队领队往返交通费、棋手来程交通费由组委会承担，并统一进行购票，棋手返程需自行购票。
交通方式为飞机经济舱、高铁/动车二等座。编外人员费用自理。
2.赛前将召开领队会议，各代表队必须派领队出席会议。
3.棋手有义务参加组委会要求的开幕式、颁奖仪式等正式活动。
